Return Policy
- We offer a refund on the cost of the No Flap Ear Wrap (shipping is non-refundable) both inside and outside of the U.S. or replacement (only in the U.S currently) if you experience any problems during the first 30 days.
- The No Flap Ear Wrap is designed to be a disposable product. We guarantee our product for 30 days. Some last much longer than the 30 days. It all depends on the temperament of the dog wearing it. If your dog is determined to get it off, rubbing on flooring or furniture, pawing excessively, an Elizabethan Collar (cone) is recommended in addition to the No Flap until your dog acclimates to it.
- If your dog has a recurrent condition, please let us know. We understand that some chronic illnesses/conditions may never heal completely and we are more than happy to offer repeat purchase incentives to those customers throughout the year.
Replacements
ORDERS DELIVERED WITHIN THE US
- If your wrap experiences a material or manufacturing issue within the first 30 days of purchase, such as torn fabric or a loose seam, we will replace it at no cost.
- If the wrong size was ordered, we will provide a one-time replacement at no cost within 30 days of receiving your order. Simply use the link below to select your replacement size and material. At checkout, choose your preferred USPS shipping method. You are responsible only for the cost of shipping.
